Suspending or Cancelling Your Account

Can I suspend my account or put it on hold?

Yes. To suspend your account, send an email to [email protected]. We will take your account offline. Your settings and site will be preserved on our servers until you decide to return.

Note: If you suspend your account, you suspend your LawLytics website, meaning that it will be taken off the web. If your account is suspended, we cannot guarantee your site will retain its Google ranking or remain indexed on search engines.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, please send an email to [email protected] letting us know that you want to cancel your LawLytics membership. We will follow up with you to confirm the cancellation and start the cancellation process.

Note: Your account settings and LawLytics site will be preserved on our servers for up to one year should you decide to return to LawLytics as a member. When you cancel your membership, you will not be granted a partial or full refund for the current billing cycle. Your account will be taken offline at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Once your account is canceled, your website will be removed from the web. We will remove your domain from our servers 15 days from your cancellation date. Any email associated with your domain (such as  [email protected]) will no longer function after this time.

If you have additional questions about billing, email us at [email protected], or call us at (800) 713-0161 during our regular business hours.
