As a LawLytics member, we offer you unlimited support to help you take control of your web presence and improve your online legal marketing. We offer several ways to contact our support team.

To Contact Support From The LawLytics Control Panel

To contact the LawLytics support team from your control panel, navigate to the Dashboard (the screen you see when you first log in):

Click the gray “Contact Support” button, located at the bottom left of the Dashboard.

This method will produce a support ticket populated with your name, email, and contact number. This support ticket allows you to leave us a message so that we can assist you.

Alternatively, you can click the green "View Tutorials" button to access more Knowledge Base articles, like this one.

Contact Support From Anywhere in the LawLytics Control Panel

To contact the LawLytics support team from anywhere in the LawLytics Control Panel, locate the gray question mark icon. This icon is found next to your name in the top right corner. 

This method will also produce a support ticket populated with your name, email, and contact number. This support ticket allows you to leave us a message so that we can assist you. An example is shown below:

Tip: Your contact information (Name, Email, Contact Number) are automatically added to reflect the information from your account. You, or an administrator for your account, can edit this under the Users & Access Menu.

You can contact us directly by calling (800) 713-0161 during our regular business hours (8 AM - 5 PM, Mountain Standard Time). You can also email us at [email protected]

Expected Response Time

During regular business hours, we strive to respond to support requests within 1 hour from the time the support ticket is sent. If the ticket is sent after regular business hours, we will respond the morning of the next business day.
