Using Your LawLytics Inbox

You receive email notifications* when a visitor submits a form on your LawLytics website or comments on one of your blog posts. You'll also be notified in the LawLytics control panel.

How do I know if I've received new form submissions or blog comments?

When you have new notifications, the inbox icon appears on your dashboard.

Clicking this icon will reveal the contents of your inbox.

Mark form submissions or blog comments as read by clicking the “x” icon. You can also clear the new notifications status by clicking “Mark All Read."
When you click "New Blog Comments", you'll be taken to all new blog comments on your site. New comments are denoted with a blue dot. You can approve or delete comments. You can also reply to each comment using the provided text box.

You can also reply to each comment using the provided text box. Simply type your reply into the box, and click "Post Reply."
When you click "New Form Submissions", you'll be taken to all new forms that have been submitted to your site by web visitors. Again, new submissions are denoted with a blue dot.

In addition to the inbox notification icon described above, LawLytics also offers a display on the control panel with the four most recent form submissions.

When you receive new form submissions, you’ll see the name of the person who submitted the form, the date and time of their submission, and the sender’s email address.
