Connecting Your Lexicata Account

To connect your Lexicata account to LawLytics, log into your LawLytics account and click on “Integrations.”


When you click on “Integrations,” the integration options will appear. To connect Lexicata, click “Connect” under the Lexicata icon. When you click “Connect,” you will be presented with a list of all the LawLytics forms currently in use. Select which forms you'd like to integrate with Lexicata.

Next, copy and paste your Lexicata token. Your Lexicata token can be found in Lexicata under Settings > Integrations > Inbox Token.

Once you’ve successfully connected, you’ll see the “You’re all set!” message, and an option to go to your form submissions. (If you don’t wish to go to your form submissions, simply click X in the top right corner of the message box.)


When the Lexicata integration has been successfully connected, you’ll see a green power cord icon in the top right-hand corner of the Lexicata box during your next visit to the Integrations page.

How to Export Form Submissions

From the LawLytics contact form submission that you’d like to export, you will see the option to "Export to Lexicata." To export a form submission, click “Export to Lexicata.”

Once successfully exported, you will see “Exported to Lexicata” on the LawLytics side.

How to Find a Contact/Lead in Lexicata

When you log into Lexicata, you will see the inbox icon at the top of the site. Click on the inbox icon to open your inbox. Data will go to your inbox when exported from your LawLytics form. Select either  “Quick Intake” or “Add Contact” for your Lexicata account. The recently added data can be found under the Contacts tab and will appear under recent activity.

Ensuring Your Forms Are Compatible for Export

You can automatically export form submissions to Lexicata once you’ve successfully connected Lexicata to your form submissions.

To ensure that the data is successfully exported, you must confirm that your LawLytics contact form requires the following fields:

  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Message
